At Little Stars, we value each child as an individual when planning our fun based educational activities taking into account children's interests and needs. We are able to provide flexible childcare for babies and children aged between 6 weeks and 5 years of age and have free 15/30 hour childcare places for 9-months to 4-years olds and funded places for three and four-year-olds.
The nursery is fully secure and situated on the ground floor, all on one level and so provides easy access. We are fully registered with OFSTED and work with the Local Authority.
All our staff are friendly, experienced, qualified to Level 2 and level 3, have Paediatric First Aid and Food Safety Certificates and participate in the Early Years Progressive Training programme.
We provide excellent home cooked meals with a 5-star hygiene rating and nursery meals tailored to individual tastes and dietary needs.

Junior Youth Club
We have a junior youth club which takes place on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 4:00-6:00pm. For ages 5 -11 years.
Each session costs 50p and we operate a tuck shop which offers sweets, drinks and crisps.
You can also purchase your child's tea and a dessert for £1.50.
We also run a walking bus from Grange Primary School & Eskdale Academy to complete the transfer to our youth club. It runs from every youth session. The age range is from 5-11 years old.
It is £4.00 per child which includes enterance to the youth club, a main meal & dessert.
Senior Youth Club
Our senior youth club takes place on Monday and, Wednesday from 6:15 - 8:15pm for 11-17 year olds.
Each session costs 50p.

Kilmarnock Road Centre are running a walking bus from Grange Primary School and Eskdale Academy for children aged 5 - 11 years. It will run for every youth session.
The price will be £4.00 per session which will include a meal and entrance to the youth club.
To book your child's place please contact us on the previous Thursday before 1 o'clock.
