Trustee vacancy

On Thursday 10 September, lots of people from the Owton Manor area visted Kilmarnock Road Community Centre to find out more about what happens in the Centre. 15 organisations which provice services in Hartlepool were on hand, including Citizens Advice, Thirteen Housing Group and Hartlepool Borough Council. Local charities such as Recovery Connections, PlayOut Hartlepool and the Greatham Foundation also came along. Check out our video of the event on Facebook.

Volunteering is a great way to make friends, develop new skills and gain experience that may help you in the jobs market. At Kilmarnock Road we offer opportunities for volunteers of all ages, and from all backgrounds, to support the local community. You might want to work with young people, organise events, or help prepare delicious meals for the people who use the Centre.
