Meet the team at Little Stars Day Nursery

Safety and security is our main concern, you can be rest assured that your child is cared for in a happy and secure environment.

All staff:

• are fully qualified with a relevant and recognised Level 3 childcare qualification
• are committed to providing high quality care and education
• attend regular training and update sessions for their Paediatric First Aid, Food Safety and Safeguarding every 3 years
• are subject to an enhanced DBS and references

Staff Details

Claire - Nursery Manager

I have worked in childcare since 1996 as a qualified nursery nurse in a variety of roles and settings in Hartlepool.

My aim as a nursery manager is to ensure both parent and child have a happy, safe and secure time at the nursery by providing the very best in care and education.

Mandy - Deputy Nursery Manager

 I have been working as Deputy Manager in the nursery since November 2015 and have over 12 years' experience of working in childcare.

I have a Level 3 Certificate in Childcare and a Paediatric First Aid qualification.

I find it very rewarding working with all ages of children and my aim is to provide them with a warm, friendly and stimulating environment.

Kim - Deputy Nursery Manager

I have an Early Childhood Studies Degree and have worked in a day care nursery for over 12 years.

I enjoy working with children, to help and guide them to learn, grow and develop their skills and abilities for later life.

Vicky - stand in team leader 

I have a Level 3 Teaching assistant qualification 

I love working with the children and their families 

Jade - Nursery Nurse

I've been working in the Nursery since October 2015 and have previously worked in other early years settings.

I am currently working towards a Level 3 Early Years qualification.

I have always wanted to work in childcare, now that I am I love how rewarding it is and enjoy watching the children develop and learn new things.

Leanne - Nursery Nurse

I have worked for Little Stars for many years as a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse
