Regular events and activities at the Kilmarnock Road Centre

Monday

Chair Aerobics - 11:00am to 12:00pm

Come along and take part in a fun seated workout including a range of gentle exercises without leaving your chair. £1 per person.
Place can be booked or just come down on the day. 

Tuesday

Advice Session - Drop in - No appointment necessary - 9:00am till 12:30pm

This service is supported by West View Advice and Resource Centre. Advice is provided on a range of issues such as Universal Credit, Employment, Benefit applications and appeals.  

Friday

Parent Led Playgroup - 12:00pm till 2:00pm

Members of the group meet early to have lunch with the children before the Playgroup session starts. The Playgroup sessions are £1 per child, this covers the cost of play materials and snacks served during the session.

This group is looking to run a similar session on a Friday morning, if you are interested speak to a member of staff who will put in you contact with one of the parents who run the session.
